If the device memory is full
If your device has the following messages, you need to close applications, or move
or delete items:
•
Not enough memory to perform operation. Delete some data first.
•
Memory low. Delete some data from phone memory.
1 Make sure all applications are closed. Select
Options
>
Show open applications
.
For each application you want to close, select the X icon in the top right corner
of the page.
2 Move content that you want to keep to a compatible memory card (if available)
or to a compatible computer. If possible, install applications to the memory card,
rather than the device memory.
3 Delete items one by one, beginning with the smallest items.
